Activity Programme

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP TO WRAPAROUND CARE 

Terms and Conditions: 

• All After School Club and Early Club sessions must be booked and paid for via ParentPay.   

•  If your child is unable to attend a pre-booked session please give us at least 24hrs notice, we will be happy to accommodate your child on a different day if space allows.  
•  Any ParentPay bookings made (or cancelled) less than 24 hours in advance, please inform the office by emailing admin@shap.cumbria.sch.uk  or Shannon Crisp the Wraparound Care Leader scrisp-hunter@shap.cumbria.sch.uk at time of booking.   
•  If you are late to collect your child, there will be a charge of £4 for an additional session.  
•  Please note you will be expected to pay the full amount due for the sessions booked at ASC, regardless of whether you arrive early to collect your child or fail to attend the session. 
•  If your child is the only one attending the session we reserve the right to increase the cost of the session to cover staffing however we will contact you beforehand to discuss.
