These overviews show the main mathematical knowledge and skills taught in each year group across the school year following the White Rose maths mixed-aged schemes. In our mixed-age classes, teachers plan connected learning for both year groups while teaching the National Curriculum content appropriate to each child’s year. The order and time spent on a topic may change when teachers respond to children’s understanding.
