Blencathra Class were introduced to the microscopes today to make careful observations about the different rocks. They realised they couldn't just put the rock under the microscope, they had to focus it to ensure they could see all the details within the rock. They were all amazed at how much more they could see using these. The discussions and vocabulary they were using was incredible, they were like little Scientists.
