Four of our children travelled to the Hollywood Bowl in Carlisle to compete in a Panathlon ten-pin bowling competition, going head-to-head with 20 other schools from across Cumbria. Panathlon is an inclusive sports competition that encourages teamwork, skill-building, and fun!

The children showed incredible teamwork, coaching each other on techniques and strategies to land those perfect strikes.

We were absolutely thrilled to discover, during the awards ceremony, that our team’s average scores placed us first overall! Our young bowlers were awarded stunning gold medals, individual certificates, a framed certificate for the school, and a stylish glass trophy.

Next up: we’ll be invited to compete in the next round!
